1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled only before they are dispatched from our facility.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
- To request cancellation, email us at support@naturalrasayan.com with your order details.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
2. Returns Policy
- Returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or defective.
- A proper unboxing video is mandatory as proof of damaged product claims.
- Return requests must be submitted within 2 days of order delivery.
3. Refund & Replacement Policy
- Only Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Replacements will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear video proof of package opening to support@naturalrasayan.com.
- Only Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Replacements will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
